Donna Dewberry, a native Floridian and mother of seven, has been active with arts and crafts for over 25 years. Donna began ornamental painting because she wanted to, not because she was talented, she claims.
She began by doing "dot painting," which she describes as "painting with the end of the brush handle," but finally worked up the guts to use the bristle end of the brush. Donna created FolkArt One Stroke, a technique for stress-free, stroke-by-stroke ornamental painting, after many nights at her dining room table training herself to paint.
