Andrea Smith, the global head of human resources at Bank of America, has taken on so many different responsibilities that Chairman and Chief Executive Brian Moynihan had to establish a new job title for her: chief administrative officer. Smith has held a variety of human resources positions since entering the firm in 1988, including senior human resources executive for the Bank of America Merrill Lynch subsidiary.
