Hines, who was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, began his career at age 5 as a dancer and vocalist. Growing up, she received various awards and titles for her dance performances and choreography in events all around the country.
When she was older, she performed lead vocals for two different bands in the tri-state Cincinnati region in addition to dancing professionally at Paramount's Kings Island amusement park. She was found in 2004 at an open call audition in Orlando, where she took home the award for best female actress overall.
