Steve Lindsey (Retired Colonel USAF) is a former NASA astronaut and pilot engineer program director. He took part in five space transfer missions. Lindsey graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Engineering Sciences degree.
He went on to guide preparation got his wings and filled in as a combat prepared pilot teacher pilot and academic educator in the RF-4C Phantom II after graduating from the Academy. Steve then attended graduate school at the Air Force Institute of Technology, where he earned a Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
