He honed his leadership skills and cultivated a deep understanding of people and operational effectiveness. Transitioning to the corporate world, he excelled as a Safety Manager and Operations Manager at FedEx, swiftly rising from a package handler to a managerial position within just 15 months where he managed as many as 30 employees.
