CeCe is the creator of The DNA Detectives and an experienced genetic genealogist. She has been on several television shows to discuss high-profile cases she has solved, such as the adoption of LL Cool J's mother and determining the actual identities of amnesiac Benjaman Kyle and foundling Paul Fronczak.
She and her art have been on ABC's 20/20 several times, most recently in May 2016. CeCe is the DNA specialist for the PBS show Finding Your Roots with Henry Louis Gates, Jr, for which she analyzes the DNA findings of celebrities who appear on the show and writes the related segments of the episode script.
