Les Kincaid was initially conceived in Dayton Ohio and moved to California at age 12 to go through the mid year with his dad and stepmother whom he had not yet met. He quickly found his energy for food with his progression granddad (who was a leader culinary expert resigned).
Les began cooking throughout his mid year visit and by September first three months after the fact he was getting ready three dinners per day with almost no help. He chose to remain in California and not come back to Dayton. His adoration for cooking (and eating) incredible food was produced in these early years.
