Brian Fleming helps Fortune 500 companies, associations, and organizations develop more resilient leaders who produce more and won't quit. While serving as a Team Leader in an Infantry Platoon with the US Army's elite 10th Mountain Division, Brian was severely wounded in combat when a suicide bomber exploded 3-feet away from him in Kandahar, Afghanistan.
He was burned 2nd and 3rd degree, suffered a traumatic brain injury, and endured 14-months of rehabilitation, burn treatment, and reconstructive surgery. Since then, he took back control of his life.
