Rich Diviney is a retired Navy SEAL commander, leadership expert, and author. He served in the Navy for more than 20 years, during which he completed more than 13 overseas deployments, including 11 in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Diviney was the officer in charge of training for a specialized SEAL team, where he led the selection, training, and development of SEAL leaders. After retiring from the Navy, Diviney founded The Attributes Group. This consulting firm helps organizations develop high-performing teams and leaders using his expertise in leadership, team culture, and the science of human performance.
