Jake ZweigSpeaker and Booking Agent Information

Jake Zweig is a former U.S. Navy SEAL, college football coach, leadership development expert, keynote speaker, and television personality. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, where he played nose guard, wrestled, and trained as a diver. He earned an MBA from the University of Michigan. Zweig served as a Surface Warfare Officer on the USS Merrimack before completing BUD/S as the leader of Class 217. He deployed with SEAL Team 8, reaching the rank of Lieutenant. Transitioning to coaching, he held roles in defensive positions, as well as a special teams analyst, and as Director of Player Development at the University of Illinois under Lovie Smith. He appeared on History Channel’s “Top Shot” and co-hosted Discovery’s “Dude, You’re Screwed.” He now runs a leadership consultancy, delivers keynotes on building world-class teams, and mentors executives using SEAL principles of toughness, focus, and mentorship.
