The author of the recently published book The Modern Mixologist: Contemporary Classic Cocktails is Tony Abou-Ganim. You'll travel along on this enjoyable and educational adventure from the earliest days of the cocktail to what Tony has come to refer to as Modern Mixology.
Tony was trained to become a leader in the beverage industry from his early introduction to the sector, entrenched in the history of classic cocktails and professional bartending. Tony went back to San Francisco in 1995 when he reconnected with Harry Denton and helped him launch Harry Denton's Starlight Room atop the Sir Francis Drake Hotel.
