Brad Simpson (lead vocals and guitar), James McVey (lead guitar and vocals), Connor Ball (bass guitar and vocals), and Tristan Evans make up the British pop-rock group The Vamps (drums and vocals). They were established in early 2012, and in November of that same year, they signed with Mercury Records.
Early in 2013, The Vamps accompanied McFly on their Memory Lane Tour. They have appeared as opening acts for groups including The Wanted, JLS, Little Mix, Lawson, and Demi Lovato at a number of festival-style events held in the UK. Can We Dance, the first song by The Vamps, debuted at No. 2 on the UK Singles Chart.
