After a brief stint at the Black Sheep as an executive gourmet expert in baked goods, Sarah Jordan has found a new home in the kitchens at Boka and GT Fish and Oyster. Jordan, who formerly worked alongside Patrick Fahy at Blackbird, will perform at Boka's two cafés alongside chief gourmet expert Giuseppe Tentori.
Jordan's desserts received praise during her brief stay at the Black Sheep, so it's unsurprising that the Boka group snatched her up. She started working with Tentori fourteen days ago. Still, she didn't firmly introduce her new occasional menu until this past weekend (so far, she said my sweet corn and blueberries treat is going well indeed).
