I got a BA in Theater in 1981 from the University of Colorado-Boulder (rarely cited as a premier theatre degree program but when you're studying at the foot of the Rockies the quality of education is secondary).Moved to Minnesota in 1982 to pursue professional theater and like 99.9% of aspiring actors ended up in the restaurant biz.
Loved loved loved restaurants. Earned my Stage 1 2 and 3 stripes climbing the hospitality ladder. And whatever role I had be it server supervisor or GM training was my favorite.Stopped loving restaurants in 1989 and co-founded InterACT Group with my friend and mentor Wayne Kostroski.
