Rick Bayless is a world-renowned chef, restaurateur, author, and TV personality with a passion for authentic Mexican cuisine. He established the Frontera Farmer Foundation in 2003 to support small Midwestern farms and the Frontera Scholarship, which sends a Mexican-American Chicago Public School student to Kendall College to study culinary arts.
