Regina Campbell's unique new series, Regina's Vegetarian Table, skillfully melds components of a diverse career—author, columnist, cook, news anchor, sports commentator, Emmy-nominated documentary producer—into the original new series. Regina was one of the first female sportscasters on television when she debuted in 1975, and she subsequently co-hosted network sports with Bryant Gumbel on NBC.
In the 1980s, she transitioned to news anchoring and reporting and subsequently formed Peak Productions, a company that produced syndicated environmental news programs.
