Rebecca Wilcomb is an award-winning chef known for her exceptional talent in Italian and Southern cuisine. Born and raised in Louisiana, Wilcomb developed a deep appreciation for the culinary arts and began her career in the industry working in local restaurants.
Wilcomb honed her skills in Italian cuisine under the tutelage of acclaimed chef Michael White at the New York-based restaurant Marea. She then returned to New Orleans to work at the iconic Commander's Palace before becoming the Executive Chef at Herbsaint in 2015.
