Rahzel, also known as the "Godfather of Noyze," is a vocal percussionist and beatboxer from New York City. Rahzel M. Brown grew up in the Bronx. He began his career in the late 1980s as a member of the hip-hop group, The Roots.
Rahzel's unique style of beatboxing and ability to imitate the sound of various musical instruments with his voice quickly gained attention and made him a sought-after performer. In 1999, Rahzel released his solo album, "Make the Music 2000," which showcased his beatbox skills and included collaborations with several popular hip-hop artists, including Q-Tip and Black Thought.
