That pretty much describes me up, but I'm also a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, Healthy Living Expert, developer of The Total Reset Plan, and writer of How To Be Holistically Hot: A 30-Day Guide to Making Men Swoon and Your Friends Want What You Have located in New York City. I offer my personal health secrets, get-fit strategies, and cooking knowledge that have inspired numerous women to break their love/hate connection with food and turbocharge their wellness into becoming holistically hot in a fun and fearless way while working in the corporate world. I like traveling, skiing, and running triathlons, half-marathons, and full marathons, notably the Nautica New York City Triathlon and the ING New York City Marathon. I studied every nutritional approach from old philosophies like Ayurveda to current notions like Paleo at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world's biggest nutrition school. Mark Hyman, Joel Fuhrman, John Douillard, Deepak Chopra, Geneen Roth, Mark Sisson, David Wolfe, Kris Carr, and Candice Kumai are just a few of the wellness and nutrition experts I've studied with and been inspired by. I have a BS in journalism from Northwestern University and an MA in marketing from New York University, and I'm certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). I've attended culinary lessons at the Natural Gourmet Institute and hold a degree in Nutrition for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from the University of California, San Francisco. I work as the City Coordinator for the Young Female Entrepreneurs of NYC and volunteer as an Outreach Education Committee Co-chair for the New York Junior League, teaching life and wellness skills to New Yorkers in impoverished neighborhoods.
