Lorelei Mucci is an associate professor of epidemiology at Harvard School of Public Health and co-director of the Dana Farber/Harvard Cancer Center's Cancer Epidemiology program. She has more than ten years of expertise in cancer epidemiology research and teaching, with an emphasis on prostate cancer.
She integrates population research and molecular biology to investigate across the range of prostate cancer incidence, cancer mortality, and somatic changes as a main or co-investigator on many sponsored projects. The ultimate aims of this interdisciplinary study are to minimize prostate cancer-related mortality and suffering, as well as to enhance men's general health.
