Lisa Gersh works in the internet, media, and fashion industries. She was the Chief Executive Officer of Alexander Wang, a New York City-based fashion label, from October 2017 until October 2018. Gersh was the CEO of Goop, Inc. and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. before joining Alexander Wang. Gersh has considerable media expertise, having served as President of Strategic Initiatives at NBC, Managing Director of NBC Universal's Weather Channel Companies, and co-founding Oxygen Media. She also pioneered the company's breakthrough Education Nation initiative while at NBC Universal. Gersh is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton and has a law degree from Rutgers Law School. She began her legal career as an attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton before co-founding Friedman Kaplan & Seiler LLP in New York. Gersh has been a member of Hasbro's board of directors since 2010.
