Dr. Linda A. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and Faculty Chair of the Leadership Initiative. Renowned as a global authority on leadership and innovation, she authored “Collective Genius: The Art and Practice of Leading Innovation” (2014), named a top business book by Business Insider, and “Becoming a Manager” (2019).
Her TED talk on collective creativity has over 2.6 million views. Hill co-founded Paradox Strategies and InnovationForce, a SaaS company leveraging AI for innovation, recognized by Fast Company (2023, 2024). Named a top management thinker by Thinkers50, she received the 2015 Thinkers50 Innovation Award. Her research focuses on leadership development, digital transformation, and diversity-driven innovation. Hill holds a Ph.D.
