Lauren Alaina, a native of Georgia and a country music singer-songwriter and native of Georgia, captivated all of America’s hearts when she appeared on Season 10 of American Idol, finishing as the runner-up. Lauren followed up her #1 debut album with the release of her eagerly-awaited sophomore album, Road Less Traveled in 2017. Selected as one of Rolling Stone’s Most Anticipated Albums of 2017, the collection of 12 songs all written by the young star includes Lauren’s first #1 on the Country Airplay chart and the title track, “Road Less Traveled.” Later that same year, she had a second #1 song and topped five Billboard charts with her friend and former classmate, Kane Brown on their duet “What Ifs.” Lauren, who was called the sassy Southerner with killer pipes, (PARADE), has shared the stage with country superstars including Alan Jackson and Carrie Underwood. Lauren regularly appears on the Grand Ole Opry, and she’s also one of Radio’s Nashville Rising Artists, a Spotify Spotlight on Country featured artist and one of CMT’s Next Women of Country. She also participated in season 28 of Dancing with the Stars with her dancing partner, Gleb Savchenko, she finished in fourth place.
