I began making pizza in 2006 at Pyzano's Pizzeria in Castro Valley California. It was my first employment and Tony Gemignani was my chief. He showed me how to make pizza just as how to toss is as yet my chief/guide right up 'til today.
I didn't begin taking a gander at pizza and working in eateries as a vocation until after I graduated school in 2011. I lived and concentrated abroad in Italy and it was there that I took in an energy for food and culture.
