Kim Delaney was conceived on November 29 1961 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and was raised there too. Growing up the little girl to Joan and Jack Delaney resigned from Delphi Automotive where he filled in as a committeeman for the United Auto Workers. She experienced childhood in Roxborough and has four siblings.
As a team promoter at a Catholic young ladies' secondary school in Philadelphia, she longed for being a court journalist and settling near and dear. Kim started her displaying vocation filling in as a model for the office Elite while at John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School.
