Kathy Pham is a Vietnamese-American computer scientist, product leader, and AI executive known for blending technology, ethics, and public service. A Georgia Tech graduate with a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science, she started as a software engineer at the Georgia Tech Research Institute and Harris Healthcare, focusing on flight simulation and interoperability.

She later joined IBM in data science and consulting, then spent over a decade at Google in search, health, and people operations. Pham's public service includes founding roles at the U.S.
