Jonathan is a skilled pilot with over three thousand hours of flight time and seventeen years of aviation expertise. He holds an airline transport pilot (ATP) licence as well as commercial and flight trainer ratings in helicopters and planes.
Jonathan was chosen to fly for the Army's 12th Aviation Battalion, the Army's aircraft unit tasked with protecting the Washington District of Columbia area and flying presidency cabinet members, congressmen, and top Pentagon officials, during his professional life as a UH60 Blackhawk pilot.
