Janna Peskett Biography

Janna is Director of Digital Learning & Curriculum Design at Mindset Works. Mindset Works provides in-person digital and printed growth mindset training and resources to thousands of schools teachers and businesses to help enable a world in which people seek and are fulfilled by ongoing learning and growth. Janna has spoken at numerous universities K-12 schools & districts events and conferences. She has worked to create growth mindset cultures with leaders at several businesses and districts including New York Life Philadelphia School District and Washington DC School District. Janna oversees digital content and develops growth mindset curriculum for learners of all ages and is still in the classroom as an Adjunct Professor at Flagler College. Prior to her role at Mindset Works Janna was an Innovation Specialist and Math Curriculum Developer at Florida Virtual School the nation’s largest K-12 public virtual school. During her time at Florida Virtual School Janna had the opportunity to train over 1500 faculty and staff in growth mindset instructional practices.
