Jamie Sale not only welcomed challenges to test her limits she seemed to seek them out. All athletic endeavors came easily to Jamie as a child – long distance running soccer softball and even hockey. Winning medals in Novice Junior and Senior Pairs and going to Olympics in 1994 she and her partner were the team to watch.
She tried her hand at singles skating but returned to pair skating after receiving a call from David Pelletier. From a win at Skate America in the fall of 1998 to vying for gold at the Worlds in Nice France in 2000 this was a “magic pair” that the skating world had been waiting for.
