Erin is a highly sought-after keynote speaker, panelist, and subject matter expert who offers advice to senior leadership teams, HR professionals, and community and business partners. Erin manages a worldwide team for Finning International Inc. (XTSE: FTT), the biggest Caterpillar dealer in the world, which employs over 13,000 people across Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Canada, and the UK, and Ireland. Prior to joining Finning, Erin served as the Regional Director for Catalyst, a global nonprofit organization that drives change by advancing women into leadership positions and using ground-breaking research, useful tools, and tried-and-true solutions because of progress for women is progress for everyone. Erin has experience in sales excellence, company development, commercial finance, strategy and operations, and risk management. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta, and during the course of her 19-year career, she has held managerial positions with Deloitte and GE Capital, a branch of General Electric (NYSE: GE). Erin uses volunteer work to increase the effect of her efforts. She is a founding director of the Edmonton Business Diversity Network, a member of the Women in APEGA Advisory Group (Association for Petroleum Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta), and a committee member providing advice on Norquest College's inclusive leadership training. She served as co-leader of the GE Women's Network for a while and was an active participant in the diversity council at Deloitte. Erin lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with her partner Eric and their two girls, ages 7 and 5. They enjoy board games, spontaneous dance parties, and backyard marshmallow roasts.
