Erika McBride Biography

Erika P. McBride, CPA, Ed.D. is Paychex, Inc.'s Risk Analytics Manager. Erika manages a team of data-mining and predictive modeling professionals while also supporting cross-functional, objective teams of peers to analyze risk throughout the organization, resulting in millions of dollars added to the bottom line. Erika started at Paychex in 1997 as an accountant and rose through the ranks to different leadership positions in finance and risk management. Erika formerly worked as a staff auditor for a regional public accounting firm and as a part of a regional HMO Finance team. She received her Ed.D. in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, her MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, and her B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo. Erika is an adjunct professor of business at St. John Fisher College, as well as a five-time presenter and panelist at Treasury and Risk's Alexander Hamilton best practices summit, the 2011 RIMS Conference and Exhibition, the 2012 Big Data Innovation Summit, and Predictive Analytics World Conferences in New York, Toronto, and Dusseldorf.
