Eleanor Allen is a water and sanitation expert with over 20 years of expertise. She most recently worked at ARCADIS as the Worldwide Director of Water, where she oversaw a global water engineering consultancy in seven areas (North America, Latin America, Asia/India, the Middle East, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia).
She formerly worked with CH2M for 16 years, including overseeing Latin America Water, which covered water and wastewater projects in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and other countries. She began her career as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic, where she worked on water and sanitation projects.
