Dr. Demetrick Pennie is eighteen-year veteran police sergeant with the Dallas Police Department. He is also the President and Executive Director respectively of two non-profit police-support organizations: Dallas Fallen Officer Foundation and Texas Fallen Officer Foundation. Dr. Pennie is a public-figure with strong ties to the law enforcement community.
He holds a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education from Texas Tech University and has conducted extensive research on issues relating to: criminal law and justice college campus safety radicalized movements in America terrorism and cultural diversity. Dr.
