Cedric often went hungry as a child while growing up in a refugee camp and during Rwanda's national famine. Today, he is a world-renowned TED Speaker, crop scientist, and agricultural entrepreneur working to eliminate hunger and malnutrition. He is the scientist who introduced quinoa to Rwanda and other African countries.
Cedric works as a scientist as a Research Associate at Washington State University and as the Rwanda Research Lead at Food Systems for the Future Institute. Cedric is the Founder and CEO of QuinoaHub Ltd, as well as the Co-Founder and Vice-President of Farmwella SPC and the Co-Founder of PAGRIC.
