DeDe Halfhill is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with over 25 years of distinguished service, renowned for her expertise in leadership and crisis communication. Commissioned in 1996 via ROTC at the University of Iowa, she advanced through key roles, including public affairs advisor to the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, squadron commander in Iraq (332nd Expeditionary Force Support Squadron), strategic communications advisor to the Commanding General of Multi-National Forces-Iraq, and deputy director for public affairs at U.S. Pacific Command. She served with the elite Thunderbirds and as a Legislative Fellow for Senator Evan Bayh. Holding a master’s in leadership from American Military University and advanced military education from Air War College and others, Halfhill now excels as a keynote speaker, senior executive advisor, and founder/CEO of TAIOH Partners. She instructs at Georgetown University on women in national security leadership, empowering teams to “Master the Unseen™”, where she dives into the human psyche of high-stakes decision-making.
