Mike Sarraille Biography

Mike Sarraille is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer, former Recon Marine, and Scout-Sniper with 20 years of Special Operations experience, including ten combat deployments with the elite Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). Sarraille was a member of SEAL Team THREE, Task Unit Bruiser, which included Extreme Ownership writers Jocko Willink and Leif Babin, and commanded key combat actions during the Battle of Ramadi in 2006. He is a recipient of the Silver Star, six Bronze Stars for Valor, two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, and a Purple Heart. 

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, he is the founder and CEO of Talent War Group, a leadership development and executive search firm, and Legacy Expeditions, an extreme adventure company. He also founded ATTA, a mindset apparel brand, and leads Men's Journal's Everyday Warrior Nation. In 2025, Sarraille became the Chief Talent Officer at Overwatch Mission Critical, a leading labor provider in the Data Center Industry. 

He is a best-selling author of three books: "The Talent War: How Special Operations and Great Organizations Win on Talent" (2020), applying special operations principles to building teams, and "The Everyday Warrior: A No-Hack, Practical Approach to Life" (2022), which looks to focus on building individual positive habits and personal growth. His most recent best-seller "Scarlett's Big Shot: Turning Setbacks Into Success" (2024), is a children's book aimed at building resilience and curating an optimistic mindset for young people. He is a globally recognized keynote speaker, ranked #9 among the World's Top 30 Leadership Professionals by Global Gurus in 2025. 

His work focuses on leadership, organizational culture, high-performing teams, and living a purpose-driven life through the "Everyday Warrior" mindset. He is also an ambassador for the Folds of Honor Foundation and the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, which honor and support military families, organizing expeditions like the Triple 7, skydiving across seven continents in seven days, setting four world records in remembrance of these fallen heroes. He has also served as executive producer for two documentaries, "Drop Zone Everest" and "Triple 7," recounting such adventures.
