She studied environmental psychology and organizational behavior earned a bachelor's degree from Penn State in 1982 and a master's degree from Cornell University in 1985 and started her own consulting practice in 1994.
In 1993 as Director of Consulting for HOK's New York office Cynthia worked with AT&T on their telework program and has been a vocal advocate for remote and mobile work strategies ever since. Froggatt enjoys teaching seminars and leading workshops on new ways of working strategic workplace planning communication strategies and change leadership. She has been an instructor at Cornell University in the College of Human Ecology.
