Brad has over 24 years of experience as a pastor and conference speaker and has a lot of ability and expertise in speaking to a broad variety of audiences throughout the world. He has given several sermons at Willow Creek Community Church. Brad has also designed and conducted breakout sessions for the National Coalition of Men's Ministries, Willow Creek, and Saddleback Church conferences, and served as an evangelism trainer for the International Bible Society. Brad has spoken at a number of men's retreats around the country and is frequently invited back. Brad is the Lead Pastor of a Cincinnati-area congregation. He has served as a pastor in both South Carolina and Michigan (3,500 weekly attendance). Prior to that, he served as the director of three ministries at Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago: Men's, Sports, and Prayer. Brad spent nine years in Minnesota, where he founded a church in a tiny town that grew to 500 members. Build Your Marriage is co-founded by Heidi Mitchell. Heidi has been married to a pastor for almost 24 years. As a conference and event speaker, God has blessed her with worldwide opportunities. Heidi is dedicated to strengthening marriages, ministering to women, and raising children.
