Ariel Waldman is the creator of Spacehack.org, a list of methods to contribute in space exploration, as well as the worldwide organizer of Science Hack Day, an event that brings together scientists, technologists, designers, and individuals with excellent ideas to see what they can produce in one weekend.
She is also an interface designer, a research affiliate at Institute For The Future, and an adviser for Big Picture Science, a radio show hosted by the SETI Institute. She formerly worked at NASA's CoLab initiative, whose aim was to bring groups inside and outside of NASA together to cooperate.
