Anna Yusim, MD, is a Russian-American board-certified psychiatrist, executive coach, author, and academic. Born in Moscow, she immigrated to the U.S. at age five and grew up in Chicago. She earned a BS with dual honors in biology and philosophy/ethics from Stanford University and an MD from the Yale School of Medicine, followed by a psychiatry residency at NYU Langone, where she was named an outstanding research resident. Dr. Yusim maintains a concierge private practice across multiple states, serving high-achieving clients, including CEOs, athletes, and celebrities. She integrates Western psychiatry with spirituality, drawing from global traditions after extensive travel and study in over 70 countries. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Yale, where she is co-founding a Mental Health & Spirituality Center.
