Andrew Haley is a Paralympic and World Champion swimmer, cancer survivor, and motivational speaker. Haley was diagnosed with cancer twice as a youngster and was given a 35% chance of survival each time. Despite losing a chunk of his right leg and a tiny bit of his left lung, he never gave up the battle.
When he was discharged from the hospital, he was informed it would take him a year to learn how to ride a bike, and to "take it easy." It just took him a week. Haley has never been deterred by adversity. Nothing has prevented him from demonstrating his abilities to the rest of the world.
