Andrew Haley is a Paralympic and World Champion swimmer, cancer survivor, and motivational speaker. Haley was diagnosed with cancer twice as a youngster and was given a 35% chance of survival each time. Despite losing a chunk of his right leg and a tiny bit of his left lung, he never gave up the battle.

When he was discharged from the hospital, he was informed it would take him a year to learn how to ride a bike, and to "take it easy." It just took him a week. Haley has never been deterred by adversity. Nothing has prevented him from demonstrating his abilities to the rest of the world.

When Haley first began swimming, not much was expected of him. He set out to demonstrate others that if you genuinely believe in yourself and have passion, you can do everything you set your mind to. It all boils down to having a good mindset. Never, under any circumstances, give up.

He is now a successful businessman as well as an exceptional athlete. He is a three-time World and Paralympic champion in the pool, as well as a numerous World Record holder. He is also a member of the Swimming Hall of Fame. He earned gold medals in the 1998 World Championships and the 2000 Paralympic Games, among other things.

He has served as captain of his swim team and is a well-known leader in Paralympic sport. He continues to collaborate with the finest and brightest in the field of performance excellence. As a motivational speaker, Haley shares his three decades of in-the-trenches sports and personal experience.
