Blackwell Vail Horton is a creative and spirited businessman. Through his organizations and involvement in the network nationally, he is having an impact throughout the country. Vail was wrapped in his mother's arms throughout labor but was born without legs and with abnormal bone growth.

He is the founder, chairman, and CEO of two organizations: the Incight Foundation and Keen Mobility Company. Vail has a sincere desire to make the world a better place. When Horton was advised to use a wheelchair at age 22, his tenacity and stability developed into a company.
