This was made worse by her mother's despair, worry, and dissatisfaction, all of which contributed to her mother's bad health and unfulfilled existence. Traci earned extra money as a local print model in her teens and did various odd jobs to assist her mother pay the bills, determined to be a successful career woman. She worked as an IT consultant and trainer after earning her bachelor's degree in computer technology. She worked for high-profile corporate customers such as Sears, IBM, and McDonald's Corporation for over fifteen years. Success, on the other hand, didn't spare her the agony of relationship problems, heartbreak, and other tribulations that both men and women face in today's society. Traci's life changed significantly when she obtained her Certification in Life and Business Coaching in 2003. She'd discovered her real calling: assisting people in overcoming personal difficulties so that they might live the life they wished. Traci's outgoing, laid-back, yet action-oriented attitude has led her to work with individuals of different ages, backgrounds, and races all around the world. She has interviewed and talked with teenagers and adults who can't seem to strike the balance between inner peace and personal happiness through radio, the internet, and print media. They are torn between external pressures to manage family obligations and society's excessive expectations of achievement and riches. Traci just created The C.H.A.M.P. Community Project to assist them. The nonprofit organization's goal is to place The C.H.A.M.P. Within self-help program in at-risk schools, rehabilitation institutions, shelters, and other venues that target adults and teenagers from single-family households. The C.H.A.M.P. Within live events are extremely engaging and have been shown to be effective in helping both teenagers and adults overcome poor self-esteem, bullying, insecurities, divorce, physical abuse, domestic violence, and other emotional difficulties. The program is available in towns across the United States as well as in places across the world, including Nairobi, Kenya.
