In addition to being the author of Work Matters: Connecting Sunday Worship to Monday, Tom Nelson is the president of Made to Flourish. Additionally, he serves as the senior pastor of Kansas City's Christ Community Church. Dallas Theological Seminary awarded him a master's in theology, and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School granted him a doctorate.
Tom resides in Leawood, Kansas, with his wife Liz, and their two grown children.
