Tom was born and reared in Logansport, Indiana, and is a first-generation Hoosier. He started his studio in a historic two-story structure on Main Street in downtown Zionsville, Indiana, about 10 miles north of Indianapolis, in November 1973. Here, he continued to concentrate on portraiture for local and distant clients.
He has produced photos for clients around the country, including Chevrolet Cars & Trucks. Burger King Timex Lilly, Eli Numerous companies include Schaffer Pens International, Fannie Mae Mortgage, and John Deere Life Magazine. Tom is still working on a commission to create portrait studies of well-known Hoosiers for the future Indiana State Museum.
