For more than a dozen years, Todd worked as an educational sales consultant for South-Western College Publishing and Prentice Hall Houghton Mifflin. He collaborated with thousands of instructors from all academic areas throughout that period. He personally spoke with hundreds of these teachers to find out precisely what they did to improve student learning in the classroom. The programs Creating A Winning Attitude in the Classroom and Beyond, created especially for teachers and school personnel, were inspired by the research that went into their development. Todd integrates this curriculum with a lot of his previous stress and attitude management work. Todd is one of the co-founders of CosmiKidsTM, an evolutionary-based educational development program for kids and parents in Brea, California. A large portion of the curriculum was initially developed for use at the Carlsbad, California, Deepak Chopra Center.
