Todd BeerSpeaker and Booking Agent Information

In his account of the 9/11 attacks, he talks about what he and the president did in the immediate wake of the attacks and how they dealt with the false information that was being spread as everyone tried to figure out what had happened on the ground.

Beer goes into further detail on the efforts made to organize, solve problems, and fly the president to safety as well as how he and the crew made sure they weren't a target in the skies (or on the ground).

One of the pilots' main responsibilities, when the plane was on the ground when everything began, had been to give tours of the aircraft. The youngest crew member, assumed control when things became really bad and another pilot left to talk to the president about tactical alternatives.

Beer recounts the terrifying events of that day, which marked the first time in history that Air Force One received fighter pilot escorts inside of our own nation.

Additionally, he describes Bush's unexpected trip to Baghdad, one of the Air Force's most astounding tactical achievements to date, as well as a bomb threat made to Air Force One while it was in flight and other fascinating tales from the Bush administration. Additionally, Beer piloted Air Force One with President Clinton.

His memories and insights from this turbulent time, such as the trip the day after Clinton publicly acknowledged the Monica Lewinsky controversy, offer an insider's view of President Clinton, his family, and his staff.
