In 2001, TJ Leyden and his wife Julie established StrHATE Talk Consulting. A nonprofit called StrHATE Talk uses education to oppose bigotry, prejudice, intolerance, and discrimination. TJ Leyden, a former neo-Nazi skinhead, can lead you on the arduous but rewarding journey from a world of hatred into a world of optimism from his own point of view. Leyden spent 15 years spreading racism, prejudice, and hatred as a key organizer, recruiter, and publicist for the white supremacist and neo-Nazi organization.

Leyden spent five years as a member of the Simon Wiesenthal Center's Task Force Against Hate after entirely abandoning the white power movement. TJ was the first skinhead to willingly abandon the racist movement and divulge details regarding the inner workings of neo-Nazis and their recruiting strategies.

He has more than 29 years of expertise in this area and is the foremost expert on the neo-Nazi skinhead movement. TJ Leyden gave a keynote address at the Clinton White House Conference on Hate in Washington, D.C., and significantly influenced the Governors Advisory Panel on Hate Groups report by California Governor Gray Davis.

Over 850,000 pupils and educators have received training at Leyden from the Pentagon, FBI, military, law enforcement (from 5 different Nations), and educators. Additionally, he has collaborated on hate crime prosecutions with the Justice Department and other District Attorneys' offices where all defendants have been convicted.

TJ has been in the Gangland Series on the History Channel (Hate Nation and Basic Training), and he served as a technical adviser for season two of the popular FX program Sons of Anarchy. TJ served as a subject area expert for Dr. Phil. Additionally, Time Magazine and more than a thousand other publications covered TJ.

The autobiography of TJ Leyden's life, SKINHEAD CONFESSIONS from Hate to Hope, was co-authored by him in 2008. TJ established the IWGIA and Hate to Hope Inc. in 2010. (International White Gang Investigators Association).
