Sutton Lenore Foster, an American actress, singer, and dancer, was born on March 18, 1975. She is best known for her work on the Broadway stage, where she has twice won the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical. In 2002, for her performance as Millie Dillmount in Thoroughly Modern Millie, and 2011, for her performance as Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, she won the award. She later played Reno Sweeney again in a London production of the show in 2021, for which she was nominated for the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Little Women; The Drowsy Chaperone, Young Frankenstein, Shrek the Musical, Violet, and The Music Man are a few of her other Broadway performances. Foster portrayed the title character on television in the brief ABC Family comedy-drama Bunheads from 2012 to 2013. She acted in the TV Land comedy-drama Younger from 2015 until 2021.
