For almost fifty years, Stacy Keach Sr. has been a renowned actor, producer, writer, and director. On the comedy Man With a Plan, he presently plays Matt LeBlanc's father. Keach was elected into the Theatre Hall of Fame in 2015, and he was awarded a star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2019.
In the early 1950s, he conceived, produced, and directed the famed Tales of the Texas Rangers for NBC Radio. On Thursday nights, the show is still broadcast on KNX 1070. The Ranger Show was also included in the Smithsonian Archive Presentation of the 20th Century's most iconic Radio Detective programs.
